Nederland is a center for outdoor activities from skiing and snow boarding at Eldora, the local ski resort 5 miles for the town, to mountain biking and hiking on many of the surrounding trails.
Your fun does not have to stop after dark. For a small town, Nederland offers live music and dancing in many of the saloons along Main Street. And if you want to take a breather from a busy week, you can always take a stroll along Barker Reservoir at dusk. Our trails along the lake make this accessible to people of all ages.
